You may not believe it, but the entity was formed with one single pick-up truck. In 2002, a collaboration with Home Depot resulted in an exclusive line, called the Sundance series and Keystone. Sheds
In the US, outbuildings or outhouses with an area that is less than 200 square meters could be called sheds. All sheds must have zoning approvals. A shed that has an area of more than 100 square meters must have building permits too. The four corners of a shed that has an area of less than 100 square meters must have anchors, while those that have an area more than 100 square meters should have four inches of foundation made of gravel, aside from the anchors.
