The Rubbermaid sheds have turned into a very famous choice for a lot of families as far as storage structures are concerned. No wonder, for these sheds come in different sizes, they are weather-resistant, long-lasting, and require so little maintenance.

There are small units, about 4 1/2 feet wide by 2 feet deep and around 3 feet in height. These small sheds serve a lot of good to the owner, for they could house many garden tools or whatnot, especially if the yard is quite small.

The bigger sheds are offered too. Some of them are about 6 feet in height, 6 feet deep, and about 5 feet in width. Such Rubbermaid sheds are best for those with spacious yards. These sheds could be used to house many kinds of articles such as a bike, a lawnmower, just to name a few.

The company has come up with an unusual kind, for it seems to have been invented with bikes or lawn tools in mind. This particular shed is like a tall box: it is 5 feet wide, about 7 feet deep, and around 4 1/2 feet in height.

Many Rubbermaid products have interlocking pieces that allow for easy assembly. They also hold molded grooves, and they are for shelves if the owner wants them to be included. Take note that shelves themselves do not come with the whole package, but this is not a problem. One could just buy some pieces of wood, and insert them in.

Among the smaller Rubbermaid sheds have been constructed so that the top could be moved like a lid. Most of them have a hasp so that a lock could be attached to it. Remember, in these times, professional thieves are targetting every place — the house, the car, the garage, and, yes, your shed.

Floors of Rubbermaid sheds hold good features, among them is a ramp lip. This makes it easy for the user to move a lawn mower into and out of the structure.

Rubbemaid also produces a box-kind shed. This kind of shed has molded anchor grooves permitting the person to link the shed to another part of the house, that or to secure it onto the ground- this translates to a great deal of flexibility.

Rubbermaid sheds do not get dented easily, and you do not need to repaint them so many times in a year’s time. That being said, I would have to say that there is an area they could improve on. They all come in basically just one color, and this is a tan hue they label as “taupe.” It could be boring if you are the kind of chooser who wants a grand variety of colors ranging from neutral colors to outlandish pink.
