In the olden days, greenhouses were made from lumber to protect plants from the extreme weather conditions. Its roof is typically made of glass to permit the sunlight. Today’s garden sheds, which are also suited for greenhouses, are made from light aluminum materials. These materials have glazed panels that are made of polycarbonate. They are lighter than the usual glass panels. The glazed panels provide safety and are conducive for thermal conductivity.
